Here is the ultimate EXCLUSIVE recipe for baked apples, which can be used as a sweet breakfast, warming snack or part of a large, family dinner! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Apples (any quantity and any sort)
- Honey or agave
- Cinamon, a few sticks or pure powder (few teaspoons or tablespoon)
- A few pinches or nutmeg
- Ground nuts to top.
- Bit of sea salt
- A pot of warm English tea as a side (optional). Click on 'English Tea' for a great way to make some.
- Take your apples and slice through their middle to pull out the seeds from within. Your apples must look whole and otherwise unsliced for the baking. You may want to leave the skin on, which will help it set better, but skinless baked apples will be more crumbly but also delicious and sweet!
- Place your apples on a baking tray, which is lined with organic, chemical-free and BPA-free baking paper or any other material to use for baking. Grab a spoon of honey and glide it against the apples, to form a light glaze on the fruit. Add a cinammon stick or powder of cinammon into the hole at the apples' center or onto them.
- Top with a pinch of salt and ground nuts on top and bake for a few minutes at a preheated oven at about 180-200 degrees CELCIUS (which is equivalent to 356-392 degrees FAHRENHEIT).
- The baking time varies depending on your oven, size of apples and the quantity of the further added ingredients. Make sure to check on your apples every couple of minutes or so and take them out once they become golden brown in colour and look all fresh and baked.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm immediately. Eat with a spoon and serve with tea, coffe or hot cocoa! Enjoy and stay warm and don't let the cold get to you! :)

Yours,
~Spring, Sofia and Reham! ;)
