A Tip for Bakers

I love baking, there's nothing you can do about that. Pies, bread, cakes; you name it, I'll be happy to pop one into the oven! Although, there's this one funny scenario that happened when my dad tried to make a baguette...

He's a passionate baker and I salute him for that. One day, he had the word 'baguette' written on his forehead. So, he got the dough ready and left it to rise. He didn't go back to check it after and hour or so. He remembered about it after three hours! The dough was oozing out of the container, and I was giggling quite a lot!

A few stuff that I could say about it was: that's hilarious, and had quite a good lesson to teach! Three that I can think of are:

#1. Don't let the dough stay for too long.

#2. Remember that you're baking bread. If you leave it out for too long, the dough will end up sour (unless you want that to happen, of course).

#3. If you are planning to make a whole lot of bread, then, just get a bigger container for the dough to rise in.

Well, that was a tiny tidbit of stuff I hope you'd learn. :D Oh, let's get back to baking!
