Coming from a scientific and nutritional family, I have been living with this milkshake recipe almost all my life. It is vegan, delicious and absolutely easy to make! ENJOY!You'll need...
  • 2-3 bananas, fresh
  • 1-2 cups of almond milk or rice milk. Click here to check out our recipe on how to make delicious, vegan almond milk! The amount of milk depends on the amount of bananas.
  • A teaspoon of lucuma powder (OPTIONAL)
  • Vanilla extract
  • A few cubes of ice (optional)
  • Sweetener of your choice (could be stevia, cononut sugar and/or xylithol at the quantity of your choice). You might also choose honey, but please note that most people do NOT consider Honey to be vegan.
If you want a milkshake tha would not be just banana, then feel free to add  cacao powder, strawberries or fruit. In the vegan version, bananas are necessary for the creamy consistency, so make sure you add them!
